What kind of payments do you accept?

FabricDepot.com accepts all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover - and PayPal payments.

Can I add to my order after it's placed?

Yes! After you've placed an order, go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page, and you will be able to view your recent orders. We allow customers to edit an order until it has been marked as 'cut' - after that you will need to place a new order online.

Why isn't my FabricDepot.com order showing up as charged?

After you place your order, we 'Authorize' your card. The funds are set aside, but not pulled from your bank until we have your order packaged up for shipment. It may take several days or more for the transaction to settle and show up on your statement.

FabricDepot.com uses modern security technology to provide customers the safest possible online ordering. Your card information is never kept in our systems, and customer information is always transmitted using secure communication technologies.
