In our wholesale department, there is no licensing or minimum dollar requirement. The only basic requirement for wholesale is that you buy in full amounts, such as full bolts of fabric or full boxes of notions.
The amount of fabric on a full bolt varies with the type of fabric and the manufacturer. Most cotton prints have 15 - 20 yards on a bolt.
