Do you offer a catalog?

We do not offer a catalog at this time. There are constantly new fabrics and notions entering the market, and a print catalog would never be up to date!

Why are some of your prices different online and in-store?

Fabric Depot will always try to provide the best possible value to our customers, but because of the different natures of a brick-and-mortar retail store and an online store, we will have different pricing on some of our products.

When will my order arrive?

During the checkout process you are given estimated delivery times for each shipping option. Please note that these are estimates only (except in cases of guaranteed expedited shipments). After placing your order you can follow it's status on your account page, and once it is shipped you will be given a tracking number to follow the package until it reaches you.

What size is the fabric?

When purchasing fabric, the width of the material is always fixed. Most quilting cottons are 44 to 45 inches wide, many apparel fabrics are 58 to 60 inches wide, and 'wide goods' are anywhere from 90 to 120 inches wide. The length of the fabric is measured in yards - 36 inches per yard - and we offer a minimum cut length of 1/4 yard. So if you wanted to buy 2 yards of a 44" wide fabric, you would receive a piece of fabric measuring 72" in length and 44" in width.

How can I get a sample?

We offer samples on many of our fabrics. Customers can select up to four samples - free of charge - and we will mail them out to you within 1-2 weeks. Please click here for more information.

Where is your retail store?

Fabric Depot is located in Portland, Oregon with the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Portland is the home of the Trailblazers, Winterhawks, Timbers, Pilots, Vikings, bridges, Portlandia, beards, and the best coffee in the world. Fabric Depot is proud to call Portland home!

What kind of payments do you accept?

FabricDepot.com accepts all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express - and PayPal payments.

Can I change my order?

Probably! Once your order is placed it will appear under your account, and you can modify your order up until it has been processed. After your order is processed we are not able to edit the order further.

What is the minimum fabric cut?

Our minimum cut length is 1/4 yard - better than you will find at almost any other online store! FabricDepot.com caters to quilters all over the world, and we know that sometimes you don't need a full yard. Please note, however, that our clearance items are only available in full yard cuts.
