		<description>My brand new Olfa 45 mm rotary cutter worked awesome the first time I used it...now it won&#039;t cut smoothly thru folded material! That is with a great amount of pressure!! What do you think could be wrong? I am pretty new at this, as I always cut out my patterns with scissors, but really wish to save time with the rotary cutter. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks so much!!</description>
